Initial Conversation
We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your project goals, timeline, and specific requirements. We either review your architectural and structural plans, or we can drawn and design comprehensive plans for you based upon your goals and project scope.

Budgeting & Scheduling
We first build your project on paper by establishing a detailed line-by-line budget of all materials and items that your project will require. We present this budget to you for your review and approval.

Construction Management
We oversee every phase of the build, ensuring quality craftsmanship and strict adherence to the original plans. You will receive a weekly update each weekend showing work completed the previous week and work to be completed. When submitting draws, we include each invoice for maximum transparency. Best yet, our discounts are your discounts, and you will see that reflected on each draw.

Completion & Closeout
We finalize all documentation, perform final inspections, and deliver your project with a professional closeout.
